St. Jude's Heroes Program
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital runs a program called the "St. Jude Heroes". It is an opportunity for any athlete (runners, walkers, swimmers, triathletes) who wants to "Go the Distance" for the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Runners and walkers can participate in team programs in several marathons across the country, or any athlete can register for a race of their choice and participate under the nationwide St. Jude Heroes banner. As a member of the St. Jude Heroes Team, team members will receive inspiration, training tips, group camaraderie and motivational materials leading up to the race of their choice. All funds will directly benefit the lifesaving work at St. Jude Hospital.
